ApplySafer is a moderated marketplace for first-hand workplace information and employer context. Reviews are anonymous to public readers, but contributors must use their account lawfully and accurately.

Reviews and replies

Share your own experience, avoid identifying people, and do not present unsupported allegations as fact. A review starts a thread as message one. The reviewer and a verified employer may exchange replies only until the thread reaches three total messages. The backend blocks further messages. Moderators may publish, reject, or remove content under these rules.

Employers and jobs

Only a verified claimant may update an employer profile or publish a job. Jobs must use the employer's own external ATS or direct application URL. Employers must provide accurate role information, including salary, flexibility, process expectations and application destination.

Official decisions

Tribunal materials are only linked when an authorised ApplySafer administrator has manually verified an official exact-company decision URL. They are not automatically matched and are not a rating, risk score, or complete record.
