ApplySafer uses reason codes, reviewer feedback, evidence-request states, and immutable moderation history for significant moderation actions. Moderators can approve, reject, hide, or soft-delete review content while preserving the operational record needed to explain the decision.

Fair process

Employees and employers can request correction or challenge decisions. Requests are assessed against accuracy, privacy, harassment, legal requests, and other documented safety factors. The service does not promise any particular outcome.

What is not public

Internal matching rationale, reviewer notes, account-control reasons, and evidence notes are restricted to authorised administrators. Public pages show only reviewed material and its source where applicable.
